Tools for reflection, healing, and growth

What types of services do you offer?

I offer individual and group life coaching, breathwork sessions, expressive arts therapy, group workshops, and retreats. My approach is inspired by my background in psychotherapy, somatic practices, creative expression, and nervous system regulation.

Breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension or trauma, deepen emotional awareness, and access states of clarity, intuition, and healing.

It’s a multi-sensory healing experience that uses conscious holotropic breathing and immersive theta brainwave music to open the doorway to deep release and expanded awareness. You may feel tingles, warmth, emotional waves, trauma unwinding, or even psychedelic colors and imagery.

Expressive arts therapy integrates movement, visual art, writing, sound, and creative expression to explore inner experiences, process emotions, and support healing in ways that go beyond talk therapy.

Not at all. Expressive arts therapy focuses on the process, not the product. No artistic skill is required — just openness and curiosity.

Trauma-informed care means I prioritize emotional safety, consent, pacing, and choice. We work in a way that supports your nervous system rather than overwhelming it.

I specialize in supporting mothers with ADD/ADHD, transgender women healing dysphoria and stepping into the divine feminine, Jewish women navigating generational trauma, and individuals seeking nervous system healing through breathwork and creative practices.

Sessions typically include grounding, intention setting, guided breathing techniques, music designed to support emotional release, and time to integrate afterward through reflection, movement, or expressive arts.

Clients commonly seek support for anxiety, trauma, dysphoria, ADHD/ADD overwhelm, identity exploration, burnout, grief, emotional regulation, and reconnecting with creativity or purpose.

Yes, many services — including coaching, sonic neural breathwork, and expressive arts sessions — can be conducted online.

Typically: water, chapstick, comfortable clothing, a blanket, and an open mind. For expressive arts sessions, materials may be provided or done using simple at-home supplies.

Individual sessions are usually 50–60 minutes. Group sessions are usually 90 minutes.

My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and rooted in compassion, consent, and non-judgment.
