Set on a private Caribbean island just off the coast of Cartagena\, this experience offers a rare opportunity to step outside the expectations of everyday life and into a space of honest exploration and authentic connection. \nOver the course of the week\, participants are guided through a thoughtful rhythm of small group connection\, embodied practices\, and shared experiences that explore themes of intimacy\, identity\, and emotional expression. With a balance of structured workshops and open space for rest and reflection\, the retreat is designed to support both personal insight and nervous system integration. \nHeld by experienced facilitators and mental health professionals\, the container is intentionally supportive\, grounded\, and consent-centered.
